As a volunteer at AtlanticaConf 2023, I contributed to the successful execution of this regional tech conference. My primary responsibilities included managing participant check-ins, directing attendees between sessions, and assisting speakers with technical setup. During peak periods, I helped process over 300 registrations while maintaining efficient queue management.
The experience allowed me to develop strong organizational skills and improve my ability to work under pressure. I gained firsthand insight into event operations and learned valuable techniques for crowd management and cross-team coordination.
