As Organizer of HackUDC 2025, I led the transformation into Galicia’s premier tech competition.

The 2025 edition featured international participation and attracted sponsorship from major tech companies. My leadership focused on maintaining participant experience quality while scaling operations, resulting in 40% increased sponsorship and media coverage in 10+ outlets.
