Lead organizer of expanded hackathon with 150+ developers

Building on our initial success, HackUDC 2024 expanded to become a regional tech event. As lead organizer, I oversaw:

Implementation of cloud-based registration handling 150+ participants
Real-time logistics management during 48-hour competition

The event’s growth required implementing professional-grade tools and processes while maintaining our community-focused ethos. We achieved 95% participant satisfaction rate through continuous feedback integration.
