Attended while HackUDC was scaling up, comparing notes with a mature European FOSS event.

FOSDEM is the world’s largest gathering of free and open source software developers, held every year at the ULB campus in Brussels.

With HackUDC growing year over year, this edition was as much about observing how a large, decades-old community event is run as it was about the talks themselves.

`0`–`8`	select window
`n` / `p`	next / previous window
`c`	talk to the agent pane
`%` / `"` or `-`	split side by side / stacked (up to 3 panes, each shows a window)
`Space`	next layout (side by side → stacked → main + stack → main + row)
`q`	show pane numbers, then press one to jump there
`{` / `}`	swap the focused pane with the main one
`Shift`+`←↑↓→`	resize (main pane smaller / larger)
`o` · `Ctrl+b` `←↑↓→`	focus next pane · pane in that direction
`z`	zoom the focused pane (again to restore)
`x`	close the focused pane (closing the main one promotes the split)
`t`	toggle theme (dark ⇄ latte) · `:theme next` cycles gruvbox, nord, tokyo, dracula
`/` · `Ctrl`+`k`	search the whole site
`:`	command prompt
`:set keys off`	disable single-key shortcuts (the prefix still works)
`Ctrl`+`b`	prefix — every key above also works after it; `%` `"` `x` and arrows need it
